At Towels by the Pound & Embroidery, we strive to make every customer happy with their order and are honored to have and keep your business!
Our hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm
During season we sometimes offer extended hours of operation in which we may open at 8:30am, and close as late as 6:00pm. However, generally we operate under the 9am-5pm premise.
We are closed on all major holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Years Day
- 4th of July
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
Our return policy allows for certain items to be returned on a case by case basis with a 20% restocking fee. All items should remain folded and in their respective unopened package in the condition they were received. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns on any special order items. We also do not accept any returns on bed sheets, linens, and pillows for quality control purposes. We have a commitment to our customers to ensure that the safety and quality of our products remain up to adequate standard.
All items being returned to us that are eligible for a refund will not be refunded for the cost of shipping; only the product price is refundable. Shipping costs to send items back to us to be returned are at the responsibility of the customer, not Towels by the Pound.
On items returned via shipping or mail carrier, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items brought into our Pompano Beach, FL warehouse will be refunded between 3 and 15 days depending on accounting prefaces. This time-frame includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us at 1-800-962-6559 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship all items via UPS as our trusted carrier -- therefore your order shipments are respectively insured and are delivered with the utmost reliability. For this reason, our shipment rates may be a bit higher than other carriers. We sometimes add additional insurance through UPS depending on the value of the shipment.
However, we do offer local delivery to businesses within a certain radius of our Pompano Beach, FL location at a lower rate. Orders must have a minimum quantity to be delivered in order for us to consolidate on your cost, which would depend on the item ordered. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products based on weight and packing specifications, and whether these addresses are residential. When you place an order, we can estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
When selecting your shipping option via UPS, please note the following:
UPS Ground - our standard method of shipment. Merchandise typically arrives to any address in the state of FL the day after we ship it out. For states outside of FL, please allow an additional 3-7 business days from the date of SHIPMENT, not the date of order placement.
UPS 2nd Day Air - orders will be delivered 2 days from the date of SHIPMENT, not the date of order placement
UPS Next Day Air - orders will be delivered the next day from the date of SHIPMENT, not the date of order placement
We pride ourselves in providing great service. We have an efficient, and quick turn-around time to fulfill our customers' orders. Typically, we can package and ship orders either same day or next day. However, please allow 3-5 business days for shipment. On the rare occasion we are unable to get your merchandise to you within that time-frame, we will call you and notify you of the delay.
